Do you train raw? How do you feel about geared training?


I train raw. The rawest of raw. Wraps? Nope. Belt? Nah. Chalk? Screw that. I don’t even wear shoes in there. Barefoot. No shirt because it can grip the bar. No pants or shorts or underwear because the elasticity can aid in squats and deadlifts. I don’t even use a bar. Too slick. I just go outside naked and chop down some trees and have at it. That’s the ultimate in raw lifting. Ain’t no aid.
